History Food and Wine

The Bottled History Tour is for the more discerning traveller looking for an insight to the region with a lunch and a

couple of tastings rather than a full day of Food and Wine.

We take a look at the Forefathers of the region starting with a quick tour around Clare to set the day up for you.

Horrocks, Gleeson and Hawker were the forefathers of Clare Valley as we know it today.

We'll take in 3 tasting including a winery lunch. We offer a small tour of Clare township historical sites to establish

who our forefathers are. A guided tour of Bungaree Station and Sevenhill Cellars, so much history, you'll hear of

the connections between the two before we sit down to a winery lunch with a glass of wine.

Mintaro is a  beautiful village not to be missed. A tasting with a town tour of this quaint, beautifully preserved

circa 1855 Heritage listed town.

So many stories to be heard as we travel this beautiful region 

I call home.
